Tracking and trailing dogs are used to find missing persons, lost kids or adults, and suspects who flee from law enforcement. The tracking dogs are trained to smell human odor, crushed vegetation and ground disturbance in order to find the subject of their search. Trailing dogs are trained to follow a specific scent to locate the subject of their search.
