K-9 Teams,

Training will be held at the Millcrest Training House located at:
14840 SW Millcrest Acres Rd, Augusta, KS 67010.

We will begin promptly at 1000 hours with obedience and agility. Following that, we will discuss each team’s specific training needs and work to develop a focused plan of attack for improvement.

Training scenarios will include:

• Vehicle hides

• Package/luggage hides

• Building searches

• Traffic stop scenarios

• Tracking

At this time, I will have members of my team, along with a few Young Marines, assisting with tracks and traffic stop scenarios. There will be multiple moving parts throughout the day, so it is important that we continue to work together, support one another, and keep things progressing efficiently.

My primary objective is for each team to identify and focus on the areas that need the most attention. In particular, traffic stop scenarios are an area I believe will benefit all teams.

Training is scheduled for 12 hours, concluding at approximately 2200 hours. Please come prepared for a long but productive day.
